The pediatric outpatient clinic is located in Albuquerque and will serve all that can travel to it. For those individuals on the NM DD Waiver we currently serve Sandoval, Bernalillo, Valencia, and Socorro counties.

Fill out our quick intake form to confirm eligibility. Upon receiving your child’s application our internal team will schedule the primary interview. During the interview our team will work with you to determine your child’s exact needs. We will go over the basic do’s and don’ts of our program, along with with everything you need to know before therapy.
